When Kroger sent me the recipe for this dessert, I was skeptical. I'm not a big coffee drinker, so I wasn't sure I'd even like it. Well, I shouldn't have been, it's so yum! The ice cream and whipped topping made the coffee smooth and creamy. Will be drinking more of these this summer! Next time I'll probably get simply plain vanilla ice cream...or mint...hmmm.
