What's Cookin Wednesday - Cinnamon Graham Crunchy Cookies

What's Cookin Wednesday - Oat Applesauce Muffins

adapted from Allrecipes   Anyone else feel like they are baking all.the.time during the Covid-19 shelter-in-place?  We had a normal Tuesday baking day at our house, where L and I would bake something, but we've definitely added a day or two since mid-March.  After a run on toilet paper, hand sanitizer and hand soap - who would have guessed that the next shortage would be flour, baking powder and oil?! This recipe was inspired by one thing: my kiddo doesn't like the applesauce packets anymore and we needed to use them up!
